The week of the 400 point DOW meltdown, last week, was the week I have had trading since 2000's Internet collapse. I woke up to Bloomberg discussing the 9 percent fiasco of it carrying over to our markets, and the worries of China. Certainly stops could be triggered. Where would the marketplace stop for a breather? It was anyone's guess. Not being a lover of stops that are hard - I believed my mental stop strategy would work in my favor. My preference would be to place stops if triggered and close positions in the close out. This is a technique I use to take the intra-day emotions from my trading strategy.
The easiest way to search for a event video production is to Google key words pertinent to your area and then add video production or videographer. Targeting your particular field of production is a good idea also. If that pertains to your needs, you can include marketing or corporate video, or web video. Another idea.don't forget about YouTube. YouTube is the 2nd biggest search engine in the world and you will be sure to find several video production companies in your area on YouTube simply.
Will someone who understands all phases of production work on your show from start to finish? As a producer/director/editor, I understand each phase go to this website and that impacts how I plan and create the entire show. Many production companies pass the project along like an assembly line. The show can become disjointed and ineffective.
Okay, so how do you get it? Well is start watching a lot of infomercials. They may be hated by you, but allow me to tell you, these men have the glitz down to a science. Have you ever seen one of the infomercials for the Ginsu knife set? "It additional reading slices, it dices." The voiceover was over the top it was almost comical. Guess what? Millions were sold by that knife set. Was it the greatest thing since sliced bread? It was a set of knives, for crying out loud. That is a video's power. By watching tons of these things, you will start to have a feel for what makes them tick.without having to take a course in video production.
Someone must take the responsibility for the event video production. As much as everybody want to have a go, it's not really a good approach. Let charge is taken by one person.

You don't necessarily have to pick the person who bid the lowest price's services. You have to take into account the equipment that will go with the package they are offering. Is the arrangement in DVD or VCD? Is it compatible with most video players and web browsers? Are suites that i loved this are edit offered by them? Think ahead. You may also need to upload the video online in the future for effortless access.
Needless to say, you're no professional. But do what you can to make the video more appealing to the audience, make use of animation, splash intro videos, colour corrections, subtitles, credit rolls etc..
